Services for Property Management
Pinnacle’s management agreement allows us to act on your behalf and ensure that your property is managed to the highest standard. We strictly adhere to the Fair Housing and Hawaii’s Landlord-Tenant Code. We monitor property conditions, protection recommendations & other local issues.
- Repair & Maintenance - Once the tenant is checked-in, we coordinate, supervise and communicate with you and tenants on every aspect to address repair requests and working with vendors.
- Inspections- We conduct regular detailed inspections, that include a thorough check-in and check-out process and hold tenants financially responsible to maintain the property.
- Rent Collection/Notices/Eviction - We enforce all rules and regulations. We take care of all tenant dispute, service of all notices, eviction and collections.
- Renewing/Re-Leasing - Nearing the expiration of the lease term we work with your tenant to retain them and negotiate a rent increase based on a market analysis of current rents. Our priority is to retain your tenant to minimize vacancies and maximize profits.
